Only son of Frederick and Emily Mary WILKINSON, Universal Chambers, Grenfell Street, Adelaide - also of Ryecroft Vineyards

LATE CPL. L. F. WILKINSON.
Mr. and Mrs. F. Wilkinson, of Ryecroft, McLaren Flat, have been notified that their only son, No. 1910, Cpl. Lewis F. Wilkinson, was killed in action in France on October 1, Cpl. Wilkinson enlisted in October, 1915, and left South Australia on January 11, 1916. He went to Egypt with the 15th Reinforcements of the 3rd Light Horse, and served some time there. Afterwards he was sent to England, and later to France. The deceased soldier, who took a keen interest in the sports of the district, was a member of rifle, cricket, and football clubs. He was highly respected by all classes. Cpl. Wilkinson was a man of splendid physique, and was in his twenty-seventh year.
