DEARLY LOVED OUR DARLING SON
ROGERS.-A loving tribute to the memory of Private H. H. Rogers, who died of wounds somewhere in France on 12th April, 1917.
Somewhere in France he is lying;
He answered his country's call.
He died an Australian hero
Fighting to save us all.
His loving smile and manly ways
Are pleasant to recall;
He had a pleasant word for each.
And died beloved by all.
