Son of Ernest Warwick Ward and Sarah Amelia Ward of 47 Chetwynd Road, London, England

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

Had also  been employed as a Woolen Warehouseman

Also served as a volunteer in the Victoria and St Georges Rifles, England

On the Roll of Honour Circular part of what his mother said was  that a Capatain had commented that he had done splendid work and was one of the bravest of his men. When dying he told the chaplain he did not begrudge his life for England. England was worth dying for.
