Biography

"...1323a, Bugler Arthur Harold Jarvis, was born at Philipstown, South Australia, on 1 March 1894. He enlisted at Oaklands, South Australia, on 3 December 1914 and served as Bugler with the 16th Infantry Battalion. He served at Gallipoli but was diagnosed with Chronic Rheumatism and was returned to Australia in 1915. Arthur died at Adelaide on 22 September 1956." - SOURCE (collections.slsa.sa.gov.au)
