Farmer Killed by Falling Tree.
George Reid aged 26 years a farmer living near Curban (NSW), was cutting a tree down yesterday, when it fell and pinned him to the ground, killing him instantly.

A farmer named George Reid, 26 years of age, residing near Curban, was killed by a falling tree. He was engaged cutting the tree down when, as far as can be ascertained, it suddenly fell and pinned him to the ground, killing him instantly. An inquest was held by the Coroner, who returned a verdict of accidental death.

In the WILL of GEORGE FISHBURN REID, formerly of Overdale Miller Avenue, Ashfield, near Sydney, but late of Yarramundi, Hillside, Curban, near Gilgandra, in the state of New South Wales, farmer, deceased, APPLICATION will be made after fourteen days from publication hereof that letters and administration with the Will annexed of the above named deceased may be granted to JAMES ALEXANDER REID the sole beneficiary named in the said Will. And all persons having any claims against the estate of the said deceased are required to forward particulars thereof to the undersigned within the said period and all notices may be served at the undermentioned address.
