FOILAN -In loving memory of my only beloved don Pte William Foilan 19th Batt died in France November 8 1918. His lonely mother
FOILAN.—In sad, ever loving memory of my only beloved son, Private William Foilan, died in France, November 8, 1918, over three years' service. Alone in my sorrow, the sad tears flow. Then memories come of the dear long ago, But, unknown to the world, he stands by my side, And whispers: Dear mother, death cannot divide.
Mother.
