"JOYCE.- Killed in action, on 19th July, Private Charles Edward Joyce, much loved brother of Mrs. Porta, Tennyson-street, Sandringham, late of Alphington.
Some day, some time, our eyes shall see, The dear face we hold in memory; And Christ shall link tho broken chain, Still closer when we meet again.
JOYCE.— Killed in action on the 19th July, Private Charles Edward Joyce, loved uncle of Mrs. J. Hauser, Edgevale-road, Kew.
Until the day break and the shadows flee away.
JOYCE.- On the 19th July, killed in action in France, Private Charles Edward Joyce, the dearly beloved brother of Thomas G. Joyce, aged 45.
Somewhere in France, dear Charlie, is your grave that we cannot see; Your duty is done, you are sleeping in peace, And our thoughts will be ever of thee. - Inserted by loving brother, Tom, and Ethel, Syd, and Harold.
