26 February 1916 - Proceeded to join 59 Battalion

26 February 1916 - Taken on strength with 59th Battalion, at Tel el Kebir

28 March 1916 - Admitted to 15th Field Ambulance (pyrexia) and transferred same day to No 2 Australian Stationary Hospital, Tel el Kebir with influenza

30 March 1916 - Discharged to unit

18 June 1916 - Embarked Alexandria to join the British Expeditionary Force
