His parents were Richard Henry HOLTUM and Elizabeth DUFFY

Two of his brothers also died in WW1

1. Hubert Darcy HOLTUM (SN506) died 9th June, 1915   

2. Henry Edward HOLTUM (SN522) died 22nd September, 1918
