Son of Frederick Charles William Hack and Mary Elizabeth Hack nee Kewley of Galah Street, Blackall, QLD. Brother of Kenneth Roy Hack who returned to Australia having served with the 6th Field Artillery Birgade and 4th Divisional Ammunition Column, George Stewart Hack and Ivy Florence Hack
Husband of Dorothy Helen Mary Hack nee Eafor of Ferne Park Road, Crouch, England. Stanley and Dorothy married in Hornsby, England on 5 May 1918. Rev. H.D. Colchester officiated
