| 23 Aug 1918: | Honoured Military Medal, 2nd Passchendaele , For gallantry and devotion to duty in the vicinity of CHUIGNES on 23rd August 1918. Pte OSBORNE acted as a runner and carried messages under heavy shell fire and M.G. fire. He showed courage throughout and never failed to deliver the messages. |
