Heinrick Carl Ludwig RUWOLDT was born in Mount Gambier, South Australia in 1885
His parents were Joachim Ludwig Heinrich RUWOLDT & Sophia Maria Caroline NIETFELDT
He had previously served for 3 years in the 3rd Squadron of the 16th Light Horse in Mount Gambier before he enlisted to serve during WW1 on 6th December, 1914 and embarked from Fremantle, Western Australia on the HMAT Mashobra with the 10th Light Horse Regiment, B Squadron
Heinrick was Killed in Action in Gallipoli on 29th August, 1915 - no known grave
His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial & the Lone Pine Memorial
