Son of John and Janet LEMON; husband of Jessie LEMON, Waratah Street, Oatley, New South Wales

SERGEANT W. LEMON.
Sergeant W. Lemon (killed in action be tween August 6 and 8), who resided at Railway parade Mortdale, was a native of Barking, England. He joined the King's forces when l8 years of age and saw active service in the Punjaub campaign of 1897-1898. He also went through the Boer War. Sergeant Lemon left Sydney in April with the Fifth Rainforcements, 4th Battalion. He leaves a wife and two children.
