Brother of Lawrence Robert Fuss, Muriel Beatrice Fuss, Raymond Lloyd Fuss who returned to Australia on 19 June 1919 having served with the 49th Battalion, Bessie Marguarita Fuss, Vernon Esbert Fuss, Edgar Fuss, Shirley Doris Fuss, Rhoda Vera Fuss, and Aubrey Osborne Fuss
Hilary was baptised in the Burra Anglican Church during 1896
