"...6028 Acting Sergeant John Laurence Bubb, 17th Reinforcements, 21st Battalion, of Beechwood, NSW. A/Sgt Bubb enlisted on 8 August 1915 and embarked from Sydney aboard HMAT Afric on 3 November 1916.
