Cedric Harold CANE was born in Hobart, Tasmania on 5th September, 1891

His parents were Henry CANE & Annie Elizabeth FRANKCOMB

He married Joyce BAUGH in Tasmania on 31st January, 1914 - 3 known sons, Hugh, Geoffrey & Brian

Cedric served in both WW1 and WW2 and died in Hobart on 23rd January, 1971 (Cambridge Cemetery)

His son Geoffrey Foliot CANE (SN TX771) served during WW2 in the Australian Army and was discharged on 25th October, 1945 (Staff Sergeant)
