[some sources say he was born in Bishop's Frome, Worcestershire]

He was 29 and the son of Jane Elizabeth and the late Charles Farrington, of Hopes Rough, Stoke Lacey, nr. Bromyard, Worcester, England. 

He is remembered on the war memorial in the parish of BISHOP'S FROME
