Biographical Particulars.
PRIVATE E. C. BYRT.
Private E. C. Byrt, 16th Battalion (wounded), is a member of the Second Expeditionary Force, and is the second son of Mr. T. Byrt, Yunta. He is a brother of the late Private J. Thos. Byrt who died at sea on the voyage to Egypt with the Second Expeditionary Force. Prior to their enlistment they were both residents of Glenelg, and both were firemen in the Locomotive Department. Private E. C. Byrt celebrated his 21st birthday in Egypt last February.
