    Son of George Vizard and Emily Vizard nee Wragg of Edinburgh Street, Richmond, Victoria. Next of kin given as Charles Harry Vizard of Richmond, Victoria.

    Commenced return to Australia as wounded on 13 February 1917 aboard HT Benalla disembarking on 10 April 1917.
