17 May 1917: Honoured Military Medal, During the fighting in the Hindenburg Line in the 8th and 9th instant, Private Sell saw in charge of Stretcher-Bearers. He did fine work throughout the whole 48 hours, working incessantly without rest and fearlessly entered the most dangerous zones under furious barrage to bring out wounded men.
24 Feb 2016: Transferred Private, 8th Infantry Battalion, Allotted & proceeded to join 8th Battalion whilst stationed in Alexandria, Egypt.
