CORPL. J. W. CONNELLY.
Mrs. Connolly, of Clifton Hill has received notification that her son, Corporal J. W. Connolly, was badly wounded at Posieres and died three hours afterwards at the dressing station. He enlisted on 16th July, 1915, landing in France in June, 1916. He was a popular employee at the Warrnambool Woollen Mill before enlisting, and his death will be deeply regretted by a large number of Warrnambool friends.
