William Walton APPLEBY was born in Westbury, Tasmania on 17th April, 1887
His parents were Richard George Vincent APPLEBY & Sarah Ann SWAN who married in Westbury on 15th October, 1884
He married Ethel Elizabeth REID in St Pauls Church, Northdown, Tasmania on 22nd April, 1916
