28 Jan 1944: Imprisoned Prisoners of War, Thomas ROBERTS was reported missing on the 28th of January 1944 after bailing out of his Wellington aircraft over Italy. 37 Squadron had been tasked to attack marshalling yards at Foligno, but were heavily engaged by the Luftwaffe. ROBERTS survived the war, and was discharged on the 19th of November, 1945.
