Eustace Garnet Wilson was born in 1897 at Raukkan and died in 1962 in Adelaide. He was the youngest son of John ('Sewsty') and Eliza Wilson (nee Wilkins). He enlisted 27 April 1916. He sailed together with 2042 Pte. Cyril Spurgeon Rigney to England on the Seeang Bee and were posted to France with the 43rd Battalion. He married Dulcie Rigney, daughter of Edward and Essie Rigney (nee Wilkins) in 1924. They had fifteen children; Betty, Nina, Garnett, Edward, Pearl, Shirley, Valda, Vina, John, Ray, Rex, Gloria, Daryl, Rosslyn, Daryl.
