"OBITUARY

CAPTAIN P. J. FISHBOURNE, 66, whose death is announced, was born in Dalby, and served in both the Boer War and the last war. On his return from the Boer war he joined the Permanent Forces instructional staff, to which he was attached until his retirement, because of ill-health, in 1934. After 25 years' service in the forces he received the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.
