Colin Douglas SIMPER was born on 28th April, 19191 in Clarendon, South Australia

His parents were Sydney James SIMPER and Sylvia Ethel EDWARDS

"...SX21753 Sergeant Colin Douglas Simper, 2/48th Battalion, of Clarendon, SA, also served with the 43/48th Battalion, Citizens Military Forces.
