News has been received that Private Frank Kent-Newbold was killed action in France early last month. He was employed at Crisp and Gunn's, timber merchants, Hobart, and enlisted about a year ago, and at the time of his death was 20 years of age. He saw active service on Gallipoli. He was a player in the Junior Football Association. His parents reside in Bell-street, Glebe.
