Son of Mr and Mrs Michael John O'SULLIVAN of 31 Albert Terrace, Solomontown.  Patrick was married with three children and resided at Sixteenth Street Renmark.  He was a champion boxer and also played football.  He saw service at Sidi Barrani, Bardia, Tobruk, Benghazi and Tripoli.
