Leitenant Walter George Carey was part of the Z Special Forces who using the captured Japanese fishing boat Krait to sail from Australia and destroyed the Japanese fleet in the Singapore harbour.  he also took part in a second raid which failed and he was capured, face a Japanese Military court and was executed by beheading on 7/7/1944.  His role in the Z Special forces was captured in the film The Highest honour also known as the Heroes of the Krait 1982 Directed by john McLean.
