Aircraftman Cox 62134 was involved in a work-related Motor Vehicle Accident in August 1942 and was discharged from the RAAF in April 1943 due to ongoing health problems.  He passed away in July 1945 and is commemorated on Panel 5 of the NSW Cremation Memorial in Sydney
