His parents were Henry Heath FISHER & Cecilia Ellen CHATTERTON who married in England in 1911

He married Gladys Marjorie GARDINER in Sydney on 14th December, 1940

His brother Henry Heath FISHER (SN 411764) served in the RAAF and died on 11th February, 1942 in an aircraft accident
