Son of Joseph Stanley Grey and Violet Irene Grey of West Preston, Victoria
Plane was Lancaster PB176 was on daylight air operations to Raimbert but is believed to have crashed into the North Sea. One of the crew's body washed ashore but it was not Linley's. Five of the crew members were Australians.
