Survived by his parents, he was there only surviving child.
LOWIS. In proud and loving memory of ON24884 Seaman W. J. Lowis (Sammy), H.M.A.S. Perth, died of Illness, Thailand, August, 1943, beloved only son of Ralph and May Lowis, aged 20 years.
