Owen Upcott WILLIAMS was born in Dubbo, New South Wales on 29th May, 1918

His parents were Edward Lionel WILLIAMS & Kathleen Emily SLOMAN who married in Sydney in 1914 - he was their only son & he had a sister Joan

He was an Honorary Captain on 13th October, 1941 & a Captain on 22nd June 1942
