John Trevor WINTERBON was born in Southminster, England on 31st December, 1921

His parents were Kenneth John WINTERBON & Hilda Constance WATSON who married in England in 1921

He served as a Volunteer, then joined the Army & then the RAAF

His brother Brian Kenneth WINTERBON also served during WW2 in the RAAF and died on 21st April, 1944 (SN429254) He was a Flight Sergeant with the 55 Operational Base Unit
