Added tribute to my father

Dad also fought in New Guinea, Milne Bay, Ramu Valley, Morotai, Port Moresby and Lae. His brothers Gerry and Bob also fought in Middle East were sent over to Borneo and came in different directions against the Japanese. Connie Battley

Dedication to my dad 2018

Dad was born in Roma Qld. He enlisted in 1942, was in 2/31st Battallian 7th Division, he was later transferred to 2/25th. He fought in Ramu Valley, Milne Bay and Borneo and several other places. He was wounded and later discharged in 1946.He died in 2006 in Brisbane and is buried there. Dad suffered health trouble most of his life caused through the war years. Connie Battley
