Son of John BLAIR and Elizabeth nee RIGALL, 12 Ebley St, Waverley, Sydney, New South Wales
Charles Riggall Blair asked for exemption on the ground that be had a brother at the war. His brother enlisted twelve months ago. In answer to questions, the applicant said that he had four brothers, two being younger rian himself. He was twenty-one years of age. His mother had property. He paid his board. He did not pay anything else - Lieutenant Isley strongly opposed the application. There were two younger brothers to carry on the name. He certainly thought that this man should go into camp. — The Police Magistrate refused the application.
