Son of George O'Loughlin and Alice Hart Isabella O'Loughlin nee McIntosh of Bell's Flat, Yackandandah, Victoria.

Albert's acciedental death was attributed to his being hit by a passing train while he was sitting at the door of a truck with his feet hanging out.
