3 Jul 1918:	Involvement AIF WW1, Private, 7801, 15th Infantry Battalion, Le Hamel - Blueprint for Victory, During the assault on the Germans at Le Hamel, the 15th Bn launched a diversionary feint against Ville-sur-Ancre.
4 Jul 1918:	Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 7801, 15th Infantry Battalion, Le Hamel - Blueprint for Victory, While fighting at Le Hamel, Pvt. McBryde received a shrapnel wound to the abdomen. He was evacuated and transferred to a field hospital, but died of his wounds.
