William George Thomas LYONS; "Bill"
This is not a story, however the dialogue & all you see written in for the RSL - Profile of my Great Uncle - "Bill", Bill is to how my mum - Kay Williams - referred to him when he was alive.
Regarding my mums' knowledge above mine, that my mum often met through family gatherings a few times - more so in her earlier younger days. Uncle Bill; Aunty Mardgie; Patsy & "Jimmy"or "Ronnie" (my mum not sure of her cousins - actual name, as timeline I am speaking of was a long while back.
His wife - Aunty Mardgie- Majorie(nee-LEWIS)-LYONS, was my "Nana's" - Freda (nee-LEWIS)-WILLIAMS'S - older sister who over the many years used to visit one another from time to time - when they were alive.
This is a little personal timeline for any peruser viewing this word; that anything I have added in this dialogue for the RSL - Profile of "William George Thomas LYONS" is only relative to (skeletal information*limited information) I have collated & found thus far. To the worthy - reader / member / family / direct family by his lineage is to read this - my message is to you, the worthy reader - feel free to add, collate & file here at this site on the RSL - Profiles of Army Service Men & Women (in this case & my point of my making here - I am still finding out more about my "Uncle Bill") - so please help me know more about the man who was "Uncle Bill" - William George Thomas LYONS.
William George Thomas LYONS; has been the most extremely difficult person to find dialogue of any details in family history. Please feel free to add any information you know or can provide, as I have been following very little of what I know and more further here - what my mum remembers (Kay Williams).
To all members reading this & family
Kind Regards - Daniel Bishop
