Add my storyBiography contributed by Robert Kearney
The death occurred on Thursday of Gunner John Graham, youngest son of Mr. James Graham, of Keilambete, and brother of Mr. G. , Graham, of Mortlake.
The late Gunner Graham enlisted shortly after war broke out, and left Australia with the first reinforcements. He served in Gallipoli, was present at the evacuation of the Peninsula, and went to France with the first Australian troops. He was invalided home
two months ago suffering from the effects of gas. He was treated for some time at the Military Sanatorium at Mont Park, but he gradually became worse, and he was afterwards removed to the Austin Hospital, where his death took place. Very sincere sympathy will be expressed with his relatives in their bereavement.
The funeral will leave the Terang railway station on the arrival of today's mid-day train from Melbourne.
