William Moffat PROVAN was born in Toowoomba on 6th March, 1893
His parents were Alexander PROVAN & Agnes MOFFAT
He married Jocelyn Heather BORTON in Queensland on 26th February, 1925
He served in both WW1 in the 9th Infantry Battalion, 13th Machine Gun Company & the 49th Infantry Battalion and WW2 (see link to Bio for further information on his service)
William died of Illness on 29th August 1946 and was cremated at Mount Thompson Crematorium
