 Henry Walter PROCTOR was born in Mudgee, New South Wales on 2nd August, 1894

His parents were Henry PROCTOR & Charlotte J. MASON who married in Sydney in 1889

Henry served under the name of PROCTOR & also MASON which was his Mothers maiden name

He had 3 enlistment records - one stating he was born in Auckland, New Zealand and the others in Mudgee, NSW - his birth was registered in NSW in 1895

He died of wounds on 18th July, 1918 and is buried in Crouy British Cemetery
