Thomas Allen Campbell.


Thomas Allen Campbell aged 25 when he enlisted, son of Colin Campbell and Christina Shaw, of Petrie. His occupation was a timber-getter when he enlisted on 20 October 1916 at Emerald in Queensland. After the war Thomas was living at North Pine, he married Lydia Tasmin Bickle in 1922. They moved to Innisfail in 1925. Two of Thomas's brothers enlisted, Donald [Captain] and John [286] who both returned home. Thomas died aged 62.
