"...11168 Trooper Robert Lawrence Lashford, 14th Reinforcements, 3rd Field Artillery Brigade, of Boyne River Qld... enlisted on 12 October 1915 and embarked on RMS Osterley from Sydney on 15 January 1916 for service overseas. He returned to Australia on 20 April 1919." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
