Son of Son of John James Curran and Dorothy Ann Dodds formerly Curran of Austinmer, NSW
Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal
He previously enlisted on 14 September 1914, Service number 718 at the 2 Military District and supposed to embark with the 13th Battalion on 22 December 1914 but failed to do so and was listed at a deserter. He then re-enlisted on 7 January 1915
