"...3036 Private Victor Westlake Bull, 23rd Battalion... Victor, was transferred to the 58th Battalion on 15 March 1916 and his unit was relocated to the Western Front, France in June 1916. While on leave in England during January 1917 he was hospitalised with severe trench feet. He was transferred to No 2 Australian Auxiliary Hospital (Southall) in August 1917 where he served for the remainder of the war before returning to Australia for discharge on 18 June 1919." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
