Older brother to 422342 Pilot Officer Wilson Harry Emanuel WRIGHT (/explore/people/653368) who served in the RAAF in WW2 and who was Killed in Action in a flying battle over France on 16 Jul 1944

"...10000 Gunner William Arthur Wright, 1st (later 21st) Field Artillery Brigade, of Mosman, NSW. Son of William Martin Wright and Bertha Wright. An accountant prior to enlisting, he embarked from Sydney aboard HMAT Berrima (A35) on 17 December 1915. He was killed in action on 14 November 1916 in France, aged 22.
