"THE LATE PRIVATE J. DUELL.
Private John Duell, who was killed in action in Egypt between August 4 and 6, was the second son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Duell, Worldsend. He was born at Worldsend and was 21 years and 7 months of age. He left with reinforcements last April." - from the Adelaide Chronicle 16 Sep 1916 (nla.gov.au)
