Biography contributed by Angela Lathouras

After George’s death his sister Miss Eva Finch of Warwick carved an altar out of silky oak in his memory and was given by the Finch family to Christ Church Anglican in Bundaberg.  It was dedicated by Canon Beasley on Christmas Day, 1918.
